Vice Autoglass LLC - Limited Warranty Policy

1. Coverage

Vice Autoglass LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a limited lifetime warranty on auto glass replacement and related workmanship performed by our technicians, for as long as you own or lease the vehicle on which the service was performed.

This warranty covers:

  • Workmanship: Protection against defects in installation, including leaks, wind noise, or improper fitment directly resulting from our work.

  • Glass Quality: If the glass installed is found to be defective (distortion, delamination, manufacturing flaws), we will repair or replace it at no additional cost, subject to supplier/manufacturer approval.

2. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by impact, accident, vandalism, theft, natural disaster, or any external force after installation.

  • Stress cracks that occur due to vehicle body flexing or pre-existing damage in the vehicle’s frame.

  • Damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, or alterations by a third party.

  • Calibration of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) beyond the initial post-installation calibration, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Windshield Repair (Chip/Crack Repairs)

  • Repairs are guaranteed to not spread from the point of repair.

  • If a repaired chip or crack spreads within 2 weeks, Vice Autoglass LLC will credit the cost of the repair toward a full windshield replacement performed by us.

  • Cosmetic improvement is not guaranteed; the purpose of repair is to restore structural integrity.

4. Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original customer and is non-transferable if the vehicle is sold, traded, or otherwise transferred.

5. Warranty Service Procedure

To request warranty service:

  1. Contact Vice Autoglass LLC at Service@viceautoglass.com or 833-808-8423.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).

  3. We will inspect the vehicle and, if covered, schedule a repair or replacement at no cost.

6. Limitations of Liability

  • Our sole obligation under this warranty is repair or replacement as described above.

  • We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use of the vehicle, loss of time, or loss of income.

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights under state law.
